Our mission is to promote the culture of artisan gelato, a culture where the made in italy excel: Italy is not only the country with the biggest number of gelaterie but where ice cream makers learn tips and techniques for making great ice cream all over the world! In 1998 our founder Italo Allaria opens his first ice cream parlour in Sanremo, Italy and in 2016 he moves to Santa Cruz de La Palma.
